Ever since artificial grass was developed, I have noticed 3 major reasons where the product makes good sense.

The first application is for landscape projects where it is hard to get natural grass to grow because of a lack of light or water restrictions. This is where the artificial grass cost make’s for a good solution.

The second application seems to be for pets. Dogs can destroy new sod in a yard within days. Replacing the yard over and over is not the answer either. No matter what type of natural grass you use the end result will be mud or dirt being tracked into the house. This is why synthetic grass makes good sense as a solution.

The last application is for children. Kids at play can sure make a mess out of any yard even worse than pets. The constant jumping and running in the yard will kill any chance of real grass living within a couple of days. This is why an artificial turf lawn makes for a great solution considering the products are child safe and environmentally friendly.
